| Where Do I Send My Unit for Repair? |
It is strongly suggested that you contact Customer Service by e-mail or by calling 1-800-456-4343 to get a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning your remote training unit for repair. This number ensures that we have the necessary information to properly process your repair and return it to you as quickly as possible.
If you already have an RA number the address for returning your unit for repair differs depending on the method by which you ship it to us. We recommend using a shipping method that allows you to track your package. The addresses are:
