| What Is Covered Under the Warranty of the Product? |
All the electronic components on the transmitter, receiver (collar), and beeper
(if applicable), excluding physical damage or abuse. We do not cover accessory
items under warranty. Replacement accessories can be purchased through our
online store
or by contacting our Customer Service Department at 1-800-456-4343. The warranty
period is based from the original date of purchase. Depending on the age of the
product a dated Proof of Purchase may be required to obtain warranty service. |
