Serial Number Locations

You can find the serial number or product code for your product on the bottom of the transmitter for Pro Series products or inside the battery compartment for Sport® Series products.  In addition the serial number or product code should be on the outside of each receiver (collar).  Normally the serial number is 12 digits and the product code is 9 digits.
